The cask was successfully tapped this afternoon. And likewise, there is no chance I will drink the c. 60 pints before it goes off. So I then spent an hour or so filling 4pt plastic milk cartons and delivering them to neighbours!

Asda are selling Dow’s Crusted Port (bottled in 2012) for £8.75 which would be great if Asda had any stored in the Republic! My Asda has three less bottles of the Dow’s Crusted (but bottled 2013) and now has an empty shelf area instead. Plenty of Graham’s 2015 LBV at £14 (I think) and Cockburn 2015...
