Please dont hate me but I tired a little of the dow 77 this am, thought the bottle was off so I am opening another dow 77 (will have less decant time obvisouly) I am making one of my famous port omlettes this morning!!!!!!!!!

just crack open the 77 dow (have not tasted but it looks yummy. As for holding food I should be there between 6:30 and 7:30 as long as u guys socialzie for a few at beginning of evening prior to starting meal I think I should be ok. But just in case Risotto, filet (med rare) and creme brulee. Thanks...

are we setting decant times or using our own judgements. Also having a little issue with child coverage, may wind up being up to an hour late at worst.

I use a internet enabled monitoring device for temperature and humidity. jjbuckley is having a sale on wines today and 7 ports are included, the one htat caught my eye was a 1963 Quinta do Noval Vintage port (NOT NACIONAL) on sale for $112 USD. THis is about $20 usd below auction average. They had 10 but now there are 5. :D
