Julian suggested 7 pm, which sounds fine to me. As to food, in the past when we have been at my house, we have ordered out after about an hour and a half (after initially tasting the ports). Anyone is also free to eat beforehand, of course.

This is too close to the proposed Feb 13 tasting for me (and my liver). So I am going to pass.

I'll never make a port tasting within two weeks of another port tasting so I pass on whatever is decided for Feb 27.

I have no doubt.

Much as I love port and the company of the New York port fanatics, I can't muster the stamina or will power for more than one tasting in any four week period. It takes me at least two days to recover from our typical event.

Are we in fact going to have this tasting?

I would like someday to have a Malvedos tasting, so my suggestion is that the 1988 Malvedos be saved for that occasion.

I will be out of town for the holidays so, regretfully, will not be able to join you. But as you seem to be planning infanticide, perhaps it is for the best.

The only Fridays and Saturdays for which I am currently unavailable are 1/31. 3/6, and 4/17.

I have heard from three folks by pm, so I assume that we can try to plan a Graham's vertical for January. I can supply the 1960, 1963, 1977 and 1991. That leaves us only the 1966 and the 1975. I won't be near my port list for about ten days (I am in Yorkshire enjoying the howling of the wind). Off the top of my head, I have the 1963, 1977 and (I believe) the 1991. I am pretty sure that I do not have the 1966 or 1975.

There is one more possible theme that comes out of Julian's American stash: a Graham vertical. I have 1a number of the years that Julian does not have starting with 1963. As Graham is my favorite house, this would be of great interest to me.
