Starter: Truffle mac and Cheese

Main: Black-and-blue rib-eye steak (240g aged for 28 days)
+ green beans with shallots, or creamed spinach (season dependent, latter preferred)

B&F is available, would we like the Red or Green room (looks like ~10 of us)? As my first time organising, anything else I should be doing? (request for food orders coming soon) With 10 we need the Red room, Green is only really big enough for 6 or 7 at push when we have all our glasses / food ...

I plan to drop Warre and Graham off tomorrow at B&F. Unfortunately I can't offer to help much but can be there by 17.30 if that helps with setting up. If needed I will ask B&F to decant post lunch.
