The chips aren't gluten free anymore, and oddly I see they aren't vegan or even vegetarian (which doesn't matter to me, simply an observation). Maybe they stick the chicken schnitzel in the frier? Hope t...

True. My wife sighs, while my sons and I giggle. I'm a bad influence, apparently. :)

Re: Software that makes placemats

To me the original don't look like sperm, which have a bulbous head and long wiggly tail. I prefer the original, but if there has to be a change would vote for the smallest change tolerable. I guess those that see the shapes as sperm have a wild time with Paisley Pattern. :)

Re: Port for sale by retailer

£6 is awesome, and the Warre also v good price. I didn't check what price mine scanned at (I sneaked it in to a basket bought by Mrs L, and didn't get the receipt). I think I might nip down to M&S tomorrow, thanks [emoji3].

I'm quite surprised no one has replied to this. Normally there is a little interest. Am I to be the sole TPFer at this? :(

Crusted should be better than LBV, even unfiltered LBV. I would think that you can't go wrong at that price. To be sure, try a bottle? Certainly I'm now tempted myself. [emoji3]

Re: Port for sale by retailer

M&S have their own brand Vintage Port a third off at £18, reduced to clear. Bought the last one, a 2011 (they've also recently had 2007). Reduced to clear, rather than simply reduced, sounded ominous.

Re: Tue 25 June 2019 - 2017 Vintage Ports

I have just found a stapler lurking at the bottom of my rucksack, and I am reminded (my memory was somewhat hazy due to alcohol embracement) that I cleared it up at the end of the evening as the staff at the B+F didn't think it was theirs, assumed it was one of ours, and thought I should reunite it ...
