On the 27th of January BAR DOURO will be running a supper club at POP BRIXTON, introducing its head chef Tiago Santos.
Tiago Santos, is a young creative chef who is quickly becoming one of Portugal's top talents on the culinary scene. Most recently he held the possition of head chef at Rui Paula's Casa de Cha da Boa Nova. Before that he was sous chef to Ricardo Costa, at Casa da Calcada and The Yeatman Hotel; both restaurants were awarded Michelin Stars during his tenure. His contemporary interpretation of Portuguese cuisine has astounded customers and critics alike.
Tickets are £35 and include a four course menu designed by Tiago Santos, with a complimentary glass of vinho verde on arrival. Selected Portuguese wines will also be available to purchase by the bottle (cash only).
Spaces are limited, so please buy tickets sooner rather than later to avoid dissapointment.
