Quinta: do Portal; dos Muros

For the horizontal of 2017s to be held on Tuesday 25th June 2019 (review, planning) we were kindly sent, amongst many other bottles, both Portal 2017 and Portal Quinta dos Muros 2017, there being pictures in those threads.

Portal used to be Quinta do Portal, so was a single quinta, and “Quinta do Portal” is still a prominent brand on its website. Is Quinta dos Muros a sub-quinta, the relationship resembling that between Noval and Marco? Is Quinta dos Muros totally separate, but owned by the same owner as Portal, with shared vinification facilities?

Please, what is their relationship?

So is Portal becoming a multi-quinta blend, of Quinta do Portal, Quinta dos Muros, and mybe others?

If yes, why does its website still prominently say “Quinta do Portal”? If not, why is Quinta dos Muros so heavily labelled with “Portal”?

I would suggest the situation is the other way round. From the categorisation and information on the website, my reading would be that the company "Quinta do Portal" own five quintas, produce a vintage port "Portal" (comprised of grapes from any/all quintas plus potentially external purchased grapes) and single quinta vintage port "Quinta dis Muros".
