I'm sure I had read somewhere that 2018 was looking to be a good harvest for port, but after 2016 and 2017 there is no way it will be a widely declared vintage. I assume this means that there will be a fairly good chance of some excellent examples of SQVPs available. Does anyone have any early information on that harvest?
I assume we'll know more after this year's BFT but sadly I'm unavailable that day (I was rather hoping that I would be able to volunteer to help Alex out).

I have tasted the Kopke Quinta S. Luiz Vintage Port 2018 cask sample last Monday. My impression is that is nice fruity vintage port, but lacking the intensity that the Kopke 2017 Vintage Port had. Still enjoyed quit a bit.
I heard Quinta do Noval is declaring 2018 as well.
