It's very warm...

... and I have been reduced to drinking port straight from the 'fridge in very small glasses so that it presents at 'cellar temperature'.

Other than 'move to Newfoundland', any other tips for making sure one's blood/port ratio stays at an acceptable level in such heat?

Walk in freezer?

I've just had a very acceptable Port and tonic which I made like a Spanish G&T in a novelty sized wine glass which provided sufficient space for enough ice to keep it cold whilst I drunk it!

Just finished off some 10yo White Andresen that had been in the fridge for a couple of weeks. Quite refreshing.
