Whilst a noble jest to those who don't drink port you could get rid of the kettle and have more space for decanters?

The horror!

Clearly there are multiple problems. As ajfeather pointed out, there is space being wasted on the counter by a kettle. It should be replaced by a nice ship's decanter.

But worse, it appears that there are numerous bottles of Port being stored upright. Compounding this problem is that the upright bottles of Port appear to be stored next to a stove top, which generates heat.

Given the abysmal storage conditions, I would say that these bottles of Port should be consumed as soon as possible to prevent further deterioration.

Especially, as it appears a good proportion of the back row might be candidates for the Malvedos tasting (unless DRT is doing some pre-tasting palate calibration on his own!)...

There's a Martinez, which although beginning with 'Ma' is patently not a Malvedos.
Port is basically a red drink

So what's the official answer?
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

Definetly the decanter's are not the right ones and ageing Vtg Port with the bottles standing?
That should be illegal!
