Technically no one is. Dalva is not a USA imported brand. In the USA it is sold under the "Presidential" label and not Dalva label.

And if you wanted to be ultra-pedantic, i don't actually think that "Dalva" is a brand at all - it seems to be fairly consistently capitalised as "DALVA" across their blog, Facebook page and branded materials.

Anyway, leaving aside the issue of names, an importer in the NY area seems to be Jack Poust & Company, Inc..

Southern Wines and Spirits also seem to be an importer based on C. da Silva Vinhos S.A.'s shipping records, though there's nothing immediately apparent from their website to back this up.

Dalva is not imported to the USA and Presidential is a limited portfolio and does not include Dalva's better offering like vintage white and Rui Paola Colheita.
