Worth mentioning that Crasto used to ship as Constantino, though the brand is now owned by Sogrape.

The Fladgate Partnership owns Quinta de Terra Feita (de Cima e de Baixa), which was originally a supplier to Fonseca. TFP also recently purchased Quinta Bucheiro, 10.81 hectares adjacent to Terra Feita, Quinta da Arruda and Bragao.

I recently saw a bottle of Mackenzie White Port where the small print on the label disclosed the producer and bottler as Andresen. Could it be that the Mackenzie name is now owned by Andresen?

I’ve heard that before, but don’t recall my source.

www.vintageport.se states that Andresen bought Mackenzie after the Second World War but sold it to Harveys in 1970.

The bottle I saw was a relatively recent production, certainly later than 2005.

I suspect that whatever the route, Andresen once again own the Mackenzie brand.
