Graham crusted bot. 1998, aka MPM2, decanted three days before. Not really liked, but no note taken.

I was meant to recognise this. Bizarrely, Mike thought that I had experience of a crusted port that had been decanted more than 12 hours previously.

This was guessed by me as Graham's Crusted from its rather stewed nose. I did not like.

Dark red, slightly browning and with an opaque centre. Stewed fruit on the nose, with toffee apples and a shade of rhubarb. A modest entry with a medium body. Good sweet fruit on the late palate, stewed but pleasant. Gentle tannins lift the palate and give a dry aftertaste with a lingering finish. This is decent, sweet, everyday port. Served blind this was guessed to be Taylor 2003 LBV. 85/100.
