To commemorate Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II exceeding the late Queen Victoria’s record time on the throne, a select band of us, some subjects of Her Majesty, some not so blessed, gathered in the Boot & Flogger to drink ‘Port Fit for a Queen’. We did well.

O24. Not right. The nose was likened to one by urea, but I thought that it was actually of a pub toilet that had been cleaned an hour before — and then used. Palate dirty and dead.

Unfortunately, this looked and smelled so bad that I failed to taste it.

It tasted a lot better than it smelt, but aside from that, it was a disaster..
