1977 Taylor

I had myself a mini offline last evening and opened a Taylor '77 for a friends birthday....after a 3 hour decant 50% opaque slight hint of TCA but not too over powering...sweet nose of strawberry...entry a little harsh with some heat and an acidic middle but this smooths out and leaves a long red fruit finish...went back to it after a further 2 hours and the harshness had all but gone...overall a pleasant wine but needs more time 89/100
