Opened by Dave a week before, put into half bottle and sealed into fridge.
Ruby hue with hints of purple.
A light root spiced nose with hints of crushed cranberries.
Smooth pomegranate on the palate giving way to baked sugared cinnamon. A little thin on the palate but finishes with a nice cinnamon bark note.
nice and delicate, but may not represent a fresh bottle from cork.
