1994 Osborne Vintage Port
Posted: 18:13 Sun 30 Dec 2007
Tasted during our annual port evening with friends.
Rather light in colour. The nose is reminiscent of an aged brunello, with aromas of balsamic, earthy tones and sweet red (and some dried) fruit. This is completely ready to drink with no notable tannins. Pleasant enough though, with flavours of licorice and dried fruit. Very nice and with a pleasant typicity. 87 points
