NV Quinta do Sagrado Collections Ruby

Mature coloured edge. Stewed red fruit on the nose, sweet and unfocused. Lightweight entry with sweet strawberry jam and a surprising amount of mid-palate tannins. Gentle fruit-salad sweet aftertaste that lingers a while. A touch too unfocused for my taste. 82/100. Tasted 02-Mar-16.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.
