The palest and lightest hue. Smelling fresh, Owain correctly identifying “pear†, and Jeff, also to general agreement, “currants† (albeit with a strange American pronunciation). Lovely, refreshing, but light and not long. Would like to drink as a summer afternoon colheita.
My third-best of the evening.
