1972 Graham Single Harvest Tawny

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

Olive brown in colour, about 30% opaque. Powerful on the nose with a mix of nuts and raisins. A delightful texture and a big presence on the palate but surprisingly little fruit. Rather there is light honey and floral flavours with a big lemon and lime acidity that leads to a big finish. 90/100. 22-Apr-16.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.
