D+1 hour. Dense opaque red with some paling at the rim. Savory herb on the nose. Pressed lamb's tongue with a hint of caramel (If you asked me if I would ever type that sentence then I would say the odds were against). Fiery, brambly palate that sits forward in the mouth. Integrated, almost herbal finish. A nice digestif. Very Good.
