25% opacity, red-orange, nice and clear. Lovely candy nose, dusty cherries. Smooth entry, great sweetness, syrupy cherries. Lip licking sweetness again.

Sourced from Hexton Manor house clearance in November 2012. Bottled by Dolamore.

Burnished red in colour, 30% opaque. Fragrant nose with gentle perfumed orange zest and lavender. Satin smooth texture on the palate with fragrant flavours of fruit and flowers. Sweet fruit and dusty tannins lead to a big aftertaste. This is absolutely delicious with a long and gentle finish. There is a delightful elegance to this port. 92/100. Decanted 4 hours.

N47. Pink-red, 20% opaque. Palate rough, and odd. Somewhat tawnified.

But it grew in the glass, gaining smooth ethereal strawberry.
