I'm not 100% sure if this was a colheita or a VP, but i'm leaning more to colheita.
An amber hue but with a surprising reddish tinge in the core.
Decanted for an hour before consuming.
Lovely delicate nose of xmas spices, freshly ground cardamon and a touch of ginger that feels like it scintillates in this fragant bouquet.
A smooth entry with well integrated spirits and a nice treacle consistency that coats the taste buds and leaves a nice lingering maple syrup note mixed with some cinnamon.
Absolutely lovely port that is ready to drink.
