I thought I should open another one of these which I bought at Christmas, the previous bottle being noted here purely in the spirit of investigation.
Having had about a month to settle this was different from the previous one in the sense that it was less dense in colour, had a similar nose but had a notably more ordered and coherent palate. Lovely port, but still a youngster. Whether it is the same wine as those sold a few years back I remain unsure, but I am a little surer.
