20% opacity, orange-brown. Smooth, acidity and heat mid to late palate. Bitterness again.

Very light colouur, a gentle rose-gold colour about 20% opaque. Elegant and sweet on the nose, fragrant and attractive - even a bit ethereal. Smooth and gentle texture with delicate and soft flavours led by the fruit. Spiced damson delivers a delicious and tasty mouthful with the flavours growing nicely on the palate. A lovely aftertaste, full of flavour with baked fruit toned by all spice and syrup. A delicious finish, although slightly too sweet and with too little acidity. 90/100. 4½ hours.

GC75: Pink, 25% opaque. Light, elegant, and long. Perhaps typical of this Vintage at this age.
