Drunk at the Graham's Lodge at the end of a tour of the new visitors centre. Ex-cellars.

Mature red colour with an attractive appearance; not quite opaque at the centre. Soft caramel on the nose, with sweet and soft red fruit. Smooth onto the palate with lovely fruit; good clean acidity and soft tannins give a pleasing feel in the mouth. Light and spritely but with a texture that is a little watery. The aftertaste is terrific, big and full of fruit and leads to a wonderful finish of dried strawberries that lasts a long time in the mouth. 93/100. 20-Jun-17.
