CáF63, decanted 15:30. Like the Cá63, showing signs of drying out. Maraschino cherries, and very long.

Bottled by the Wine Society. Mature rose red colour, 30% opaque. Little showing on the nose, although there is some faint sweet fruit that is reminiscent of swet respberries dusted with icing sugar. The dusty icing sugar and some candy floss creates the initial impact on the palate, but there is also a touch of dirt to the fruit. Air on the palate improves the flavours, allowing the fruit to grow well until this port delivers a satisfying mouthful of flavour on the late palate. There is a delicious medium-weight aftertaste and a finish that shows a burnt orange edge throughout the long length. 86/100. 4 hour decant.
