2016 Quinta do Vale Dona Maria

Deep purple, expressive nose of fresh blueberry. Lovely textured entry, smooth and velvety and a great grip that settles quickly before the fruit comes back quickly. Fruity and perfumed. 88-90/100. Drunk 26-Sep-18.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
