1970 Kopke, consumed Thursday 14th February 2008, and from the collection of Jay, who did double-duty as our excellent host.
Cloudy pink, with little nose.Much heat to taste, light but well-rounded. Reasonable length in mid mouth, not in throat. Uncle Tom Score 3/2.
