Ck17: Grit, Tayloresque, and plum, and good sweetness. But this, more than most of this vintages, needs cellar time.

B5: Slightly high toned nose turning peachy with dense fruit with green flecks underlying. Quite complex and attractive already. Very fruit driven and mouthfilling. Good balance and long fruit driven finish. Excellent prospect (assuming VA doesn’t start to poke out).

I didn't find as much depth here as some other ports from the tasting, but I did find this light and easy to drink. Mostly dark fruits, blackberries and plums. I'll be interested to see how this goes over time. Good
