2002 Quevedo Colheita (bottled 2020)

From 90ml. 19.5%. P'n'P.

80% opaque fading to orange at rim.

Figs and marzipan on the nose with a prickle of VA underneath. Slightly madeira-like, in a good way.

Subdued red fruits on the front palate. Figs and, later, prunes on the finish which fades slowly.

First port of the month, so I am thirsty, but this is genuinely good drinking.
