From 90ml.
70% opaque, orange rim
Cool fruit classic TN nose at first, surprising in a colheita, more like a good VP. Some poached strawberries on the nose, later. After air, more traditionally 'tawny' in profile, with sultana.
On the palate, clearly a wine with many years in barrel, the strawberries briefly reappearing but then vanishing into orange toffee and liquorice root.
Beautiful long spicy finish fading to high quality marmalade.
Very good drinking. No hurry if you have it in 750, surely comfortably good for a decade or three.
