NV Quevedo White 30YO (bottled 2020)

From 90ml. P'n'P

A dark honey colour. Little opacity, yellow rim. Nose faintly smells like Australian bush honey, including the faint pleasant herbaceous / antiseptic note that those honeys have. The herbaceous / antiseptic (is it from the wood?) note continues on to, and indeed dominates, the palate, again not unpleasantly, with a background of caramel sweetness. Long congruent finish. Rather pleasant.
