The first of three 50cl bottles purchased from Selfridges in Sept 2020.
Straight from cellar, so nicely chilled. T-stopper. Popped and poured.
Bright & clear light amber. Oloroso/rancio nose, complex but with a discernible triple sec note.
Very little tannin but in balance with highish acidity. Rich. Definite oloroso taste. Oranges and nuts. Long.
Very very nice. No rush to drink up.
