1998 Noval LBV - Bottled 2004
Christmas Eve 2005 @ 23:30 - Opened bottle at Mum & Dad's house - they don't have a decanter so I just left it standing in the bottle
Christmas Day @ 00:45 - Had a glass or 2 with Mum & Dad - we all loved it. This is a traditional, unfiltered, LBV which is still quite young. It has left a very dry tannic taste in the mouth. Perhaps this has a few years left in it.
