2001 Javali LBV, unfiltered, bottled 2005. Decanted 8am with lots of sediment. Dark dark red and “not bright†, by which I meant ever so very slightly hazy. To smell kipper smoke perhaps, others finding “cherry cola†, “smokey†, and Eric’s “fresh-water fish†. Tasting too young, with lots of red fruit. Dave found chocolate.

Later an initial attack suddenly and briefly and lots: orange.

Third favourite. Needs a few years though.
