1977 Graham's vintage port

Post by DRT »

Acquired from the cellar of JDAW

Decanted through a coffee filter.

Decanted 6 Hours
Small amount of bottle stink. Middle weight in the mouth. "Cherry bomb" says ARK - DRT can't disagree. Slightly bitter in the mid palate and quite dry. Nice finish. Very drinkable. Unlikely to improve.

Sounds notably different from the bottle we had at the Dutch 1977 offline, except for the likeliness to improve. KillerB, how would you compare the two?
