Believed bottled in 1890? Deep honey colour with a touch of green on the rim. Lemon and honey on the nose. Beautiful balance on entry, sweetness and acidity both nicely balanced. Treacle and caramel notes in the mid-palate. A massive length that develops really well and lasts nicely with a pleasant bitterness to the length that interacts well with the other flavours of this wine. 94/100 after 2 hours in the decanter on 1 July 2007.
