Finally I purchased one bottle of this pink something.

Before the tasting I put it into the freeze for an hour or so.
Medium pink, in the nose strawberry syrup and raspberry syrup and a lot of alcohol. In the mouth initially clean and acceptable, but than again overly sweet strawberry syrup and raspberry syrup with a lot of alcohol. No improvement while growing warm.

This has nothing to do with a Port. For my taste it is a caricature of a good Rosé. And I find it to be a shame for the label CROFT. Perhaps something for Barbie with her girlfriends at the hairdresser.

try it a bit warmer and give it to people blind. I experienced it to have completely different results.

as I already observed: To my taste there was no improvement while growing warm. I will definitely neither buy nor drink this one again.

Did you like it and would you recommend it to a beginner in the matter of Port?

Ne, nit im Leven nit.

Aber andererseits isset ne Erfahrung. Since the Oliver/Mälzer-hype I am aware that there is a market out there for almost everything.
