I opened this bottle before the big tasting and there it was:

A typical Cockburn's style: Traces of age in color, good structure. Full, fruity nose with plums and rasberries. The bouquet is what I like about the producer. Dry grip with a decent complexity for a LBV of this age. A little too much alkohol on the palate which will integrate with some 5 years more in the bottle.

An excellent LBV and an excellent Cockburn's.

Axel

Blindfolded I would have guessed it to be a Cockburns or Dows 91 VP.
