NV Taylor Tawny 20YO

Post by TBird »

i searched, i swear, but found no notes for this. impossible, no? :? :o

anyways, $38 well spent.

drank over a 3 night period. loads of pecans, orange peel & apricots. 2nd & 3rd night started showing more carmel, figs & brown sugar. perfectly balanced with no detectable heat(20% too!).

That's remarkably similar to my experience with the Taylor 20-yr old at the Pestana Porto.

$38 is a steal for that... nice find!

$39.99 right now at wine library. $22.99 for the 10 year and pretty tasty too. :)

I really like this one. It's fairly similar to the Sandeman 20 year old tawny, which we all seem to like.
