My notes from this session were lost. This bottle had a flaw on the nose but I cannot recall what it was. It was not the stunning wine that it usually proves to be but was certainly very drinkable. This was a disappointment for me as it is one of my favourite VPs.

1970 Warre: Would have been made largely from Quinta do Bon Retiro, said Dominic Symington. Acid on the nose, and also on the palate though less strongly. Liked by some, though I failed to understand why.
