NV Warre Otima 20YO (bottled 2004)

Warre's Otima 20 Yr Old Tawny - Bottled 2004
Tasted chilled - Toffee nose and a lovely thick texture. Very smooth and sweet with a butterscotch taste and no heat whatsoever. Finish is long and warming. Leaves the cheeks watering.

Where did you find the bottling date?

Printed on the back label below the barcode

This is why it is not geeky to keep empty bottles - how else could I have answered that question given that I drunk it in August 2006 :roll:

Thanks - found it after running to the cellar to take a look. Mine were bottled in 2004 but I have to agree with the notes - such is tawny.
