My 1st Tasting Note
On Decanting
Very little sediment. Dark colour. Strong blackberry aroma with no alcohol on the nose. Heavy, with figs and raisins. Very long finish - Yummy!
+2 Hours
Same aroma but now with slight hint of alcohol. Taste now opening up - not so heavy as before with lighter very fruity taste. Not quite as good as before.
+24 Hours
Strong blackberry aroma still present but fading slightly. Extremely smooth with almost no alcohol. Chocolate taste with a very long finish.
