On Decanting
Lovely dark ruby colour. Pink/purple rim. Spirity nose. Raisin taste with no heat. Needs time to open up.

Blackcurrant now the dominant taste. Spirity nose has now gone. Finish is very dry

Christmas Pudding
with lots more fruit and no heat. Very, very nice.
