Tasted directely against the Warre, Grahams, Dows, Fonseca and SWC. Very delicate on the bouquet. Elegant, but with enough depth and weight. The palate is still very fruity, spicy and with a decent sweetness. Extremely long aftertaste. This is and will be a great VP in the future. 19

So, what did you think of the others? I know I especially liked the Warre and Fonseca when I tasted them shortly after release.

Ronnie,

the Warre was the least seducive of the five. Dows typical dry note, nice, but not overwhelming at this stage (as usual). Will be a great Dows in some time though. Graham very opulent, very good. Smith Woodhouse very good for a Symington Super Second.

Nice. Here are my notes of the Warre, Dow and Graham when I tasted them back in 2007.
