A single tasting opportunity at the London presentation of 2007 vintage ports presented by the Symingtons, Taylor Fladgate and Noval.

Quite light in colour and with a violet rim. Nose is dominated by herbaceousness and blackcurrants. Restrained but fruity entry with soft tannins and a slightly awkward balance. Good, big aftertaste. Not as good as 2003 but still very pleasant. 87-89. Tasted 6/5/09.
