Lots of stewed fruit. Interesting contrast to the Churchill LBV which was all fresher fruit. One student thought apple compote (Red Delicious, he said); I found lots of compote but not the apple. Is currant compote allowed? If dressed with lots of sweet spice?

Actually, a rather good unfiltered LBV.

Do you think this is one which could cellar for 10 years?

Not sure I can judge the whole 10 years with an LBV, but at $28 jolly good value.
