A team tasting note.
D+1 hr: orange, translucent orange. JDAW nosed oranges; DRT burnt sugar. To taste soft and sweet, then a strongly bitter heat that lasted to the end. Tasting with air the oranges reappeared. Sweet long finish. Nice; not great. JDAW: medium weight. DRT: syrupy gloopiness, caused by the oxidation.
