Team tasting note.

D+1hr: tawny colour, with pink, and slightly more than median translucency. Delicate nose, sweet candy and (JDAW) flowers. To taste very hot on the tip of the tongue, and needing more decanter time. JDAW, hesitantly: sweet roses.

Later the Croft 1963 was delicious. Very soft sweetness; a little heat. I wrote ‟soft wonderfully melded sugar”. Lovely.
